Where is my order?
Every Dowelmax order is tracked. There are three ways to see where yours is, and the first one usually arrives before you go looking.

The carrier emails you the tracking number
The tracking number will be sent by email from Canada Post or DHL on the day of the shipment. United States orders ship by USPS expedited parcel and are tracked the same way.
Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it as expected.

Open the order status page from your confirmation email
Your order confirmation email contains a View your order button. It opens a live status page for that order, kept up to date automatically as the package moves. Nothing to type in, and it works whether or not you have an account.
Keep that email. The link is unique to your order and cannot be regenerated from this page.

Sign in with the email you ordered with
Enter the email address you used at checkout and we will send you a code. No password to remember. Once you are in you can see every order placed with that address, its status, and its tracking — including orders you placed as a guest.
Use the same address you typed at checkout. A different address will not find the order.
Shipping
How long it takes
Classic system orders ship free anywhere in the United States and Canada. Everything below is measured from the day the order leaves Kelowna.

The real cost of shipping a Classic system internationally is $100-$150. We charge about half of it, and carry the difference ourselves.
Drill guide packages and spare parts ordered on their own go Small Packet air at a lower cost. Local sales tax is not collected by us and may be collected by the post office in the destination country, which is the responsibility of the customer.
